A milkshake of blood

And moldy sweets ridden with maggots and grubs on the side hehehe.
There are still some parts that could use more refining but meh.
Also…it happened. I drew Man!Rottet and Rottet in the same image..Man!Rottet is no longer just a genderbent version of Rottet, he has become his own person so he needs his own name. I have decided to call him Ransid

I’ve thought about the specifics of the holes.
Ransid and Rottet’s bodies are in a perpetual state of rotting decomposition (they aren’t zombies though), it starts with their organs. They have to swallow maggots and once inside them, the maggots will burrow their way through muscles to eat at the rotting tissue which causes the healthy tissue to regenerate. This process lasts a week, and once the maggots have finished eating the rotting tissue, they poke through the skin and crawl out, causing gaping holes to appear all over their bodies. So their organs get healthy while their skin gets more and more rotten. To regenerate their skin, they must drink at least 3 gallons of human blood each. When this happens, all the holes close up but their organs start rotting again so they must eat more maggots and the process starts over. Their eyes are not unaffected from the rotting so they either rot out or go blind in one eye as the week goes on, but this can be restored with blood. If they do not drink any blood after a two week time period, the necrosis will reach their brains and they will die.
